Job summary

Thera Trust is seeking a Female Support Worker in Bovey Tracey, Newton Abbot, Devon, to support adults with learning disabilities. You will provide personal care, mobility support, and person-centred assistance to help residents live more independently.

The role includes variable shifts (days, evenings, nights and sleep-ins), training provided, and a friendly, inclusive team. The salary is £13.30 per hour with an additional sleep-in rate of £51.50 per sleep-in.

£13.30 per hour + Sleep in enhancement - £51.50 per sleep-in

Contract: Permanent | Hours: Full-Time, Part-Time (Includes days, evenings, nights, and sleep-ins)
