This service is a registered care home, supporting 5 adults with Learning Disabilities. Your role will be to support these individuals with activities, hobbies, socialising, education, engaging with the local community and maintaining their personal needs. This can include taking the individuals bowling, swimming, out on walks, for lunch and much more.
