We are looking for full-time, part-time & relief Support Workers to join our team in the Terrington area, where we support 3 wonderful people who live together in an extremely well-equipped, homely bungalow. All 3 lead busy lives, participating in community activities such as hydrotherapy, theatre trips, holidays abroad, or outings for meals.

The staff team in Terrington also support 3 ladies in Downham Market. The use of a vehicle and the ability to drive are essential. The ladies in Downham are quite independent, and the support focuses on building daily living skills and promoting independence.

Our current team is highly dedicated, with extensive experience, and you will have the opportunity to draw on this expertise. Managers are actively involved in support locations, fostering a caring environment.

You should have a genuine interest in supporting people with learning disabilities and be able to differentiate between care and support—empowering individuals to do things for themselves. The role can be rewarding but also challenging; resilience, calmness, and confidence are important.

No previous experience or qualifications are required; full training endorsed by Skills for Care will be provided. We value a caring nature, a sense of humour, and the right attitude.
