Job description

Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are seeking Female Support Workers to join our team in and around Basildon & Wickford. This role involves supporting females within our services in Essex.

Salary: £12.65 per hour - £23,023 annually (based on 35 hours)

Support Worker Role:

This role includes responsibilities such as:

  1. Providing quality, person-centred support tailored to individual goals and ambitions
  2. Assisting with personal care, including mealtimes and medication
  3. Encouraging and empowering individuals to be independent in daily life
  4. Supporting people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs aged 16-45, in South Essex
  5. Engaging clients in activities like swimming, exercising, health & beauty, and community participation
  6. Offering companionship and advice to help during challenging times

You will need to be available for a minimum of two shifts per week, which may include earlies, lates, sleep-ins, and alternate weekends, supporting individuals at home and in the community.
