Female Support Worker – Full-Time Role Available in Droitwich WR9

Location: Droitwich, WR9 (Just a 3 min drive from Droitwich Spa Train Station!)
Pay Rate: £12.31 per hour
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 Hours Per Week)
Requirements: Full UK Manual Driving Licence OR can evidence you are working towards this.

Join our dedicated team in a specialist supported living setting and help create meaningful and fulfilling experiences for the people we support.

Who Will You Be Supporting?

You’ll be supporting five individuals aged 19-31 in a modern self-contained apartment setting with a shared kitchen, living space, and access to a garden. Each person has their own unique personality and passions, including:

  • Attending college – two individuals are currently enrolled and actively learning
  • Social butterflies – one individual has a packed schedule of social activities
  • Community engagement – two gentlemen are looking for roles in the community but currently fill their days with personal hobbies
  • Home-based interests – enjoying computer games, comics, cartoons, and relaxing in the garden
  • Outdoor adventures – going to the cinema, bowling, and taking walks in the park

This is a dynamic, social, and engaging environment where you’ll play an important role in supporting independence, promoting engagement, and ensuring well-being.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Providing personal care – supporting with bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Hoisting & mobility assistance – most individuals use wheelchairs and require hoisting
  • Supporting meals & PEG feeding – ensuring safe and healthy eating
  • Administering medication – including epilepsy support
  • Encouraging independence – helping individuals participate in activities that matter to them
  • Supporting communication – one individual uses Makaton, and training is provided
  • Collaborating with families – working closely with relatives to ensure consistent support
Shift Patterns

We offer a variety of flexible shifts, including:

  • Day Shifts: 7:00am – 3:00pm / 3:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Long Days: 7:00am – 10:00pm
