A community support organization in London is seeking Female Support Workers to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. This role involves encouraging independence, engaging in community activities, and delivering compassionate care. Candidates should have a driving license and a genuine passion for helping others. Training will be provided to those who fit the organization's values.
We are seeking Female Support Workers to support people in their own homes. As a Support Worker, you will deliver excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity and engage directly with the wider community. This is more than just a job, you will be helping the people we support gain independence and live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.
The people we support enjoy varied activities such as cinema trips, swimming, eating out etc; therefore you must hold a UK driving licence.
Due to the personal care needs of the person we support, this position is only open to female applicants in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
