We are looking for passionate Support Workers to support our incredible client in her family home in Gloucester.

Meet the Client:

I'm a young lady in her mid 20's living with Myofibrillar Myopathy, but that doesn't stop me from living life to the fullest. I love to stay active and get out and about - you'll often find me at my favourite Gloucester coffee shop (they know my order by heart!). I'm passionate about creativity - I paint, make jewellery, and enjoy all kinds of arts and crafts. My home is filled with pieces of my artwork.

When You'll Be Working:
  • Day shifts: Wednesday's 9am - 3pm
  • Waking nights: 10pm - 7am
  • Full time or part time available
  • Choose from flexible zero hours or permanent contracts
What You'll Be Doing:

This is so much more than personal care. You'll support our client both at home and out in the community - helping her live with dignity, purpose, and joy.

Don't worry if you're new to complex care - we'll train you every step of the way so you feel confident and empowered in your role.

What We're Looking For:
  • Some prior care experience (and a big heart)
  • Outgoing and reliable
  • A compassionate nature
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow
Perks and Benefits:
  • Pay up to £13 per hour
  • Exceptional training and development
  • Consistent work with rolling rotas
  • E-learning and face-to-face growth opportunities
  • Be celebrated through our Active Awards
  • Nest Personal Pension account
  • Earn up to £1,500 for referring a friend

So, if you're ready to join a team that celebrates care, compassion, and personal growth - we can't wait to welcome you. Apply today and bring your warmth and spirit to a role that truly matters. Let's make care personal.

Active Care Group is an Equal Opportunities Employer. However, due to the nature of the position, there is a Genuine Occupational Requirement to recruit female Personal Healthcare Assistants.
