Are you looking for a diverse role that is fun, stimulating, and rewarding every day?

Creative Support is seeking a warm and caring Female Extra Care Worker to join our friendly team at Burnside Court, our Extra Care service in Carlisle, Cumbria. We provide quality care and support to 26 older residents, helping them lead fulfilling and enriched lives.

Your role will include:

• Providing respectful personal care to residents, including medication administration,
• Building warm and trusting relationships with service users to enhance their experience at the service,
• Supporting with domestic tasks, preparing breakfasts, and conducting welfare checks,
• Working flexibly according to the needs of the service and confidently handling lone working.

We welcome candidates from all backgrounds. Previous care experience is preferred but not essential. We value passion for person-centred care and support. Full training is provided through our Creative Support Training Academy, along with opportunities to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. You can choose to be paid weekly or monthly.

Burnside Court is located in Stanwix, Carlisle, within walking distance of bus stops and 10 minutes from Carlisle City Centre. There is on-site parking. The service comprises self-contained flats.
