As a Support Worker, youll be at the heart of everything we do. No two days are the same, but youll be:

  • Delivering person-centred support that promotes independence and joy
  • Assisting with personal care where needed, always maintaining dignity and trust
  • Keeping clear records and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Building strong, positive relationships with people we support, families, and professionals

  • Experience in social care, especially supporting people who are learning disabled with associated physical health needs
  • Confidence in managing complex needs
  • Patience, empathy, and a great sense of humour
  • A team player with strong communication and time-management skills
