A community support organization in Bicester is looking for a full-time Support Worker to join their team. You will care for four ladies who may have experienced trauma and may self-harm. The role involves participating in various activities and providing emotional support. Weekend work is essential, and a positive, energetic attitude is important. The salary starts at £13.20 per hour on weekdays and £14.52 on weekends, with additional pay for overtime and sleep-ins.
Fitzroy is recruiting a full-time support worker to join our established team in Bicester, where we support 4 ladies aged between 30 and 50. The ladies may have experienced trauma and may self-harm, so we are looking for caring, calm, energetic individuals with a positive outlook.
The ladies enjoy keeping busy and going out, including trips to the farm and activities at the local gym. You will participate in these activities regularly.
Due to the needs of the individuals we support, we are currently only able to recruit female support workers.
Support Worker Hours
You will work a set schedule of morning and afternoon shifts, each lasting 7.5 hours. A full-time contract comprises 37.5 hours across 5 shifts per week. Shifts start as early as 7am and can finish as late as 10pm.
Weekend work is essential and will rotate. When you work a weekend, you will have time off during the week.
