Job Title: Female Senior Support Worker

Location: Kings Heath

Salary: £12.81 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week on a rota basis

Shifts: Split between 7.30am and 10.00pm; must be able to do a mix of day shifts

Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and implementation of Person-Centred Plans for individuals.
2. Act as a key worker for selected individuals where appropriate.
3. Handle emergency or complex situations effectively.
4. Support individuals in their daily living, personal care, and activities based on the Active Support Approach.
5. Assist with activities, development, and community involvement, including employment and education opportunities.
6. Maintain accurate records related to individuals' lives, services, and finances.
7. Contribute to risk assessments to ensure health, safety, and welfare, and participate in their review.
8. Communicate with external parties, carers, and family members as needed.
9. Supervise Support Workers as required.
10. Perform any other duties appropriate to the role.

About the Service

Robins View is a supported living service for up to 11 adults with mental health diagnoses, Autism, and mild learning disabilities. Our staff support active community engagement, including college and work placements.
