You don’t need any previous experience to become a support worker with Sense. We’ll give you full training for our part-time and full-time roles.

Sense now has opportunities for Relief Support Workers to join us in the Trowbridge area. This is a casual role, with flexible hours. We work flexibly across the week, so we can offer part-time/full-time and relief/bank contracts.

The work involves varied shifts, including sleep-ins, weekends, evenings, and days. We are looking for people who want flexibility but can also offer commitment and shared values. This role is great for someone looking to get into the care sector!
