Mencap in Worksop is seeking a Female Relief Support Worker to join our compassionate team. You will assist with daily activities and provide emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them live independent and fulfilling lives.
Flxibility is essential as shifts include days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Being female is required for this role under the Equality Act 2010 provisions.

Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Female Relief Support Workers to join our incredible team in Worksop.
Although a driver license is not essential for this role, it is preferred.
As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.
Days: Between 07:00-22:00
Waking Nights: 20:00-08:00
All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
*Due to the nature of this service, we are looking for female only applicants. This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.
An enhanced DBS will be required for the successful candidate
