Job summary

Jewish Care is seeking female relief support workers to cover bank shifts across tenants' own homes in Retirement Living services. You will provide personal care, help with daily living, and promote independence and community connection.

Shifts include days, nights and weekends. Training is provided, and there are opportunities to develop within health and social care. A welcoming team supports your ongoing development.

Job description

This is a female relief role within Jewish Care's Retirement Living services, covering bank shifts for tenants who live in their own flats. The work centres on personal care, daily living support, and building relationships that help tenants stay independent and connected to their community. Shifts run days, nights and weekends, and the setting is tenants' own homes rather than a care home. Because of a genuine occupational requirement under the Sex Discrimination Act 1974, only women can apply.
