Overview

We're looking for flexible, compassionate people to join us as Regional Support Workers - supporting individuals across a range of services and locations within your local area. You'll work with different teams, meet new people, and make a real impact in every setting - from supported living to complex care in the community. This is a contracted role with a guaranteed rota, but you'll be trained and ready to support across multiple packages when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Providing person-centred care across different services
  • Supporting adults and children with complex clinical needs
  • Helping with personal care, communication, medication and community access
  • Working with new teams and adapting to different routines
  • Keeping accurate notes and maintaining safe, consistent support
  • A confident driver with your own car (essential for this role)
  • Flexible and reliable - comfortable travelling between services
  • Calm under pressure and good at picking things up quickly
  • Able to work a rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
