A social care organization is seeking personal assistants to support a lady with a physical disability in Grantham. Duties include personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. Candidates should possess reliability, empathy, and ideally have NVQ2 training or proven experience. The role offers flexible hours, with a requirement of 10 or 7 hours per week on a rotating schedule.

Ideally to recruit 4 PAs with 3 doing 10 hours and 1 PA doing 7 hours per week, on a rota, always working as a double with a 2nd PA.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The individual’s needs may vary from day to day and your tasks may reflect this. You could be required to perform other duties as reasonably required.
You have a responsibility as an employee to report all accidents to the employer immediately. You have a duty to report defects and/or hazards which may give rise to an accident. You are to ensure the safety of the individual at all times.
Due to the nature of the work for which you are applying, this post is subject to a satisfactory DBS disclosure (costs will be covered).
Car driver and car owner – must have business insurance.
Successful candidates are required to undertake any training that is considered necessary and appropriate to the role.
