I am currently looking for a Personal Assistant/Support Worker in the Avonmouth area. The chosen PA must be able to provide support as required to help me lead an independent lifestyle.

I will require two PAs when accessing the community for safety reasons as I use a wheelchair and can also have seizures. When this occurs, I am not able to detect any hazards surrounding me.

Main Duties

• Personal care
• Domestic cleaning and laundry
• Community access
• Meal preparations and cooking

Qualities in a Candidate

• Warm and friendly
• Able to use own initiative
• Happy, positive and caring nature
• Must be comfortable with dogs
• Driver's license with access to a vehicle

The PA will be working 4 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday. I also require this PA to cover any annual leave throughout the week.

A DBS check will be required (DBS will be taken out if the candidate does not already hold a portable DBS).

Care experience is desirable but not essential. I am looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
