Job Description:

Job title: Female Personal Assistant

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (NE15)

Hours of work: 18 hours once every four weeks, over a weekend (including a sleepover).

Rate of pay: £12.00 per hour.

The role involves supporting a 17-year-old girl who is visually impaired with additional support needs. The aim is to help her become more independent by engaging in activities she enjoys, such as walks and visits to the park. The role also includes overnight stays in your home.

Support needs include patience and good communication skills. Our daughter speaks but may repeat phrases or answer questions without full understanding. As her PA, you will work under the direction of her mother, following instructions and respecting privacy and confidentiality.

Preferences: A driver with own vehicle and a clean license is preferred, but non-drivers may also apply.
