Job Description:

Hours: 16 hours per week on average across the year, to be used flexibly. There may be some variation in weekly hours, but the average across the year will be your contracted hours per week. Shifts may be subject to change depending on need, including:

• Monday to Friday, 07:15 - 17:45 and 20:45 - 22:45 (split shifts)
• Pop-in shifts for 2 or 3 hours to assist in the morning
• Overtime to cover holiday and sickness absences

Rates of Pay: £12.90 per hour

I am a full-time electric wheelchair user with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, requiring assistance with all aspects of daily living. I live independently with my boyfriend and two cats. I work as a professional counsellor and run my own business from home. My interests include music, art, painting, films, comedy, gardening, musicals, and audiobooks.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, honest, trustworthy, reliable, and easy to be around. Reliability and flexibility are essential, including the ability to work at short notice to ensure my safety.
