Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging PE lessons across KS3-KS4
  • Promote student participation, confidence, and fitness
  • Teach a range of sports including netball, athletics, gymnastics, and fitness training
  • Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback
  • Manage resources effectively and maintain safe learning environments
  • Collaborate with the PE department to develop the curriculum
  • Support whole-school wellbeing and physical activity initiatives
  • Organise and lead extra-curricular clubs, teams, and competitions
  • Support GCSE PE and sports leadership qualifications
  • Promote healthy lifestyles and mental wellbeing
