Female Part Time Support Worker/Driver – Woking

21 hours per week

£12.71 per hour

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment
  • Maintain effective communication with service users, families, and others while respecting confidentiality
  • Support service users with meals, laundry, cleaning, and social events
  • Maintain accurate notes and records
  • Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care

The Successful Candidate will have

  • NVQ in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one
  • Experience supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Confidence to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion to work with vulnerable adults
  • Commitment to safeguarding standards
