Female Only Waking Night Support Worker - Bidford Worcestershire

Location: Bidford-on-Avon

We are recruiting! Join us as a Waking Nights Support Worker and help create a future where learning-disabled people live their best lives.

The person you support has complex needs, including dementia and mental health issues. Previous experience in health and social care is essential.

Many learning-disabled individuals face barriers to employment, hobbies, and decision-making. You can make a difference by supporting them to develop skills, achieve goals, and thrive in the community.

We offer comprehensive training to become a confident Support Worker, aligned with our values: Kind, Diverse, Positive, and Visionary.

What we offer:

  • Location: Bidford, Worcestershire
  • Salary: £ per hour (basic rate plus 10% waking nights uplift)
  • Hours: 8pm - 8:30am, with some weekend flexibility
  • Training & Development: Fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Benefits: Health, retail, and cash incentives

Responsibilities include:

Supporting individuals with daily tasks, personal care, medication, and encouraging independence through activities like shopping, outdoor adventures, and using public transport. Your role is to support their interests, help achieve goals, and maintain relationships.
