Job Description

Join us as a Community Support Worker in Evesham, Worcestershire, supporting learning-disabled adults to live fulfilling lives. You will assist in supported living services and in individuals' homes, helping them develop skills, achieve goals, and thrive in the community.

We offer full training to become a confident Support Worker, with roles supporting people in various activities from daily living to social outings. A full UK driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supporting individuals with daily tasks, personal care, medication management, and facilitating social and recreational activities. Encouraging independence and confidence, supporting access to public transport, and helping with money management. Flexibility to work various shifts to maintain work-life balance.

Requirements: Driving license and access to a vehicle preferred or ability to arrange transportation.
