Search Healthcare is working with a nationally recognized healthcare provider to source experienced support workers for mental health units. These roles involve supporting vulnerable service users with their daily routines.

The Role

The primary focus of this role is supporting individuals with severe mental health difficulties and learning disabilities. The position requires flexible shift work, including regular weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of previous experience as a support worker, specifically with mental health or learning disabilities. Applicants who have completed MAPA or PMVA training are especially encouraged to apply.
