About the Role

Live In Carer (Self-Employed) Sponsorship can be available

Right to Work: Dependants or Post-Study Work (Graduate Visa) or Permanent Residency.

We are currently recruiting for Live-In care workers to support elderly clients in their own home. With a range of different packages from companionship to Complex Needs.

Requirements

• Caring and compassionate individuals
• 6 months experience working in a UK care setting
• You must be flexible to travel to your client placement
• Minimum of 1 week in clients home up to 6 weeks
• Must hold training certificate
• Full Enhanced DBS
• A driver’s licence is an advantage but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Live with the customer for the duration of your placement (short/long-term placements available)
• Prepare and cook meals
• Help with personal care
• Oversee medication and provide medical support
• Help with chores such as cleaning and vacuuming
• Help with mobility around the home (Moving and Handling)
• Run errands such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions
