Female Live in Carer

Location: Nationwide

Salary: Starting pay will be £1029, per 7 days worked. (If you have relevant complex care experience your pay may be higher.) They refund travel expenses and after four months, there is a Performance Reward Scheme, meaning further pay increases for dedicated PA's.

The Role

At the company they look to recruit friendly individuals with a positive personality and the ability to commit to work with a spinally injured client for a maximum of up to two weeks at a time.

You will have a genuinely caring and understanding nature and enjoy the company of other people. They also have a lot of opportunities for female carers.

They are a small, professional Live-in care agency and aiming to be the best provider, not the biggest. So, they want the very best for their clients and for their Personal Assistants which comes from the fact their own MD has a spinal injury. They genuinely care about what they do, and they hope you do too.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate care and support to younger adults in a live-in setting, ensuring their daily needs are met.

  • Monitor health conditions and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with household tasks to maintain a safe living environment.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Must have a manual driving licence.
  • Must be over the age of 21 for insurance purposes.
  • You need to have fluent English & be confident to drive clients in their vehicle.
  • You must be willing to work with them for a least 3 months.
