Our services are offered in various care settings to a diverse range of clients with individual needs, including support for people with learning difficulties, complex care needs, mental health issues, dementia, and elderly care.

Responsibilities of a Female Homecare Worker:

• Support clients holistically to promote their well-being and quality of life.
• Provide companionship, administer medication, assist with nutritional needs, and deliver personal care in clients’ homes.
• Adhere to clients’ individual care plans.

What Nurseplus Offers:

• Flexible shifts – full-time or part-time, days, nights, and weekends.
• Minimum of 2-hour call length.
• Pay rates from £13.45 to £20.17 per hour, paid weekly.
• Free training aligned with the Care Certificate.
• Ongoing support and development opportunities, including in-house courses and funded qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 and 3.
• Annual pay increases.
• Eligibility to apply for a Blue Light card with discounts online and in stores.

Requirements for Applicants:

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Full UK Driving License – travel expenses covered up to 50p per mile.
• Good standard of English and effective communication skills.
• Enhanced DBS check (cost of £45.40, refundable after a set period of employment). You can apply for this upon registration.
