Are you caring, dependable, and passionate about helping others live life to the fullest? We are looking for Female Support Workers to join our supportive team, providing care and companionship to three women with disabilities, living together in a welcoming home in Llanrwst, Conwy, Wales

Your Role: -Female Support Worker (Day shifts) – Llanrwst, Conwy, Wales

As a Support Worker, you'll play an essential role in helping these ladies live independently and enjoy an active lifestyle. Responsibilities include:

• Offering friendly, day-to-day support and companionship
• Assisting with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and medication management
• Supporting involvement in activities, arts and crafts, local events, and community outings, etc.
• Providing personal care, if and when required

What We’re Looking For: -Female Support Worker (Day shifts) – Llanrwst, Conwy, Wales

• A compassionate, respectful, and person-centred approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to promoting independence and choice
• No experience needed – full training will be provided
• Flexibility to work shifts (usual shift times 9 am to 3 pm or 3 pm to 9 pm)
