Hours: 33 per week
Salary: £12.75 per hour | £13.75 (Weekends and Bank Holidays)

Job Scope:

We are recruiting a compassionate and proactive Support Worker to join our client in providing overnight care within a bespoke, high-dependency residential service for adults with complex needs, including autism, epilepsy, non-verbal communication, and mobility challenges. The Support Worker will support three individuals, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night.

In this role, the Support Worker will follow person-centred care plans, deliver personal care, monitor health needs, and ensure clear documentation after each shift. You will remain alert and responsive, promoting dignity, respect, and individual choice in all aspects of care. Working within a structured and supportive team, youll contribute to a calm and therapeutic environment that fosters independence and inclusion. This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who thrives in a quiet but essential care setting and is dedicated to making a difference during the night.

Do you have?

  • Experience supporting epilepsy
  • Ability to support people with high dependency needs and complex behaviours people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours described as challenging.
  • Consistent 33-hour per week night rota (3 waking night shifts/week)
  • Fixed on-site location (no travel required)
  • Weekend and bank holiday pay enhancements
