Ansa Care is seeking a Female Domiciliary Carer to join our growing team. The role involves providing personal care and support to female service users in their own homes, upholding privacy and dignity at all times.

We welcome compassionate individuals with or without prior care experience. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for travel between client visits.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required; compassion, commitment and willingness to learn are valued.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and assisting with daily living activities
• Supporting with medication in line with care plans
• Preparing meals and assisting with light household duties
• Offering companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation
• Assisting with shopping, errands, and promoting independence
• Building trusting relationships with clients and their families
• Working collaboratively with the wider care team to deliver high-quality support
