Role:Female Complex Healthcare Assistant

Location:Eastbourne, UK
Pay:£13.50 per hour
Shifts:1 c 8 Hour shift per week (Day to be discussed at interview)

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Female Healthcare Assistant to support a 23-year-old client with complex healthcare needs. She has epilepsy (requiring rescue medication), ADHD, and sometimes displays challenging behaviours due to anxiety. She also uses a gastro-jejunal feeding tube. This role involves providing care both at home and in the community, helping her lead a more comfortable and fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications, including emergency seizure medication
• Manage seizures
• Provide support with enteral feeding
• Assist with social interactions
• Handle challenging behaviors calmly and effectively
