We're recruiting dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our clients in and around the Essex area.

You'll be providing care and support to our clients who's individual needs may include:

  • Epilepsy
  • PEG Feed
  • Ventilation
  • Medication administration
  • Oxygen
  • Personal Care
  • Cough Assist
  • Behaviour Management
  • Autism

Working hours:

We have full time roles available, working days or nights on a block pay shift basis. You will be working 36 hours per week. This role is to cover the whole of Essex, you will have regular clients and will be supporting for sickness and annual leave.

You will be supporting children, young people and adults with complex needs, this will involve all aspects of care and supporting them to take part in activities inside and outside of the home. You will be a lifeline for the service user and their families, providing much needed support and respite.

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.

We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

Key Requirements:

  • Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle
  • You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
  • The Right to Work in the UK
