Job summary

Routes Healthcare is seeking a Female Care Assistant for domiciliary care across Blackley, Harpurhey, Moston, and Chadderton, Manchester. You will work between 7am and 10pm, visiting clients at home to provide personal care and support, with travel between visits.

The role offers full-time and part-time hours, with a driving requirement and a driving car. DBS is provided, and the pay rate is £14.24 per hour (incl. holiday pay) plus 30p per mile. Training is available for those new to care.

• Candidates must be reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car for work is required.

Responsibilities

• Visit vulnerable clients in their own homes between 7am and 10pm.

About the Role

This is a domiciliary care position - Your time is valued here. Every call is paid for the duration it's planned. You'll be travelling to clients' homes throughout the day to provide person centered care and support.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Visiting vulnerable and palliative clients in their own homes between
• 7am and 10pm
• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting with medication management
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
• Working solo or as part of a 2-person team depending on client needs
• Supporting clients with a variety of different care requirements
• Travelling between client visits throughout your shift
