It's an exciting time at Sense as our team is expanding! We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Children's Community Support Worker to join our team. Our Get Out There (GOT) Service supports children and young people with their social programme of activities.
This is a permanent role, working 10 hours per week in Solihull. There is a morning call required for 1 hour in the mornings, and community activities will be from 4pm-7pm on weekdays and 10am-2pm on weekends.
As a Community Support Worker, you will provide 1-1 support to a child with Autism and learning difficulties to access the community, supporting sensory activities at home and in the community.
You will support and participate in activities they enjoy, such as visiting parks and swimming.
