Job Description:

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit an experienced Female Team Leader to support a young client with Cerebral Palsy living in Wrexham. Our philosophy emphasizes independence, vital communication, and valuing our people.

Hours:

• Tuesday: 2pm - 8pm
• Thursday: 8pm - 8am
• Friday: 7am - 8pm
• Saturday and Sunday (1 in 4 weekends): 7am - 6pm

Responsibilities include:

• Providing encouragement and motivation
• Driving her to and from school
• Full personal care
• Assisting with rehabilitation programs

An enhanced DBS check and full training will be provided. Support from our clinical lead nurse is also available. Weekly pay is offered. Double COVID vaccination may be mandatory depending on the client’s needs.
