Job Description:

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking experienced female support workers to support a young client with Cerebral Palsy living in Wrexham. Our philosophy emphasizes independence, vital communication, and valuing our people.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am-8pm; one weekend in four (Saturday and Sunday, 7am-6pm).

Responsibilities:

  • Providing encouragement and motivation
  • Driving her to and from school
  • Full personal care
  • Assisting with rehabilitation programs

Training & Background Checks: An enhanced DBS check and full training will be provided. Support will be available from our clinical lead nurse.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop support work skills alongside experienced therapists and professionals.

Note: Double Covid vaccination may be mandatory depending on the client’s needs.
