Libertatem Healthcare is seeking an Experienced Female Cerebral Palsy Support Worker to support our male client in Merthyr Tydfil due to our client’s needs.

The client lives with his family in a fully adapted house and requires support for a young man who can mobilise using an electric wheelchair, communicate verbally, and access his community.

The support involves activities of daily living with a focus on independence, provided in the client’s purpose-built property and community activities.

Hours include days and occasional sleeping nights.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, feeding, washing, bathing, dressing, and using moving and handling equipment to promote safety and independence.

An enhanced DBS check and full training will be provided, along with support from our clinical lead nurse.

Weekly pay and opportunities to develop skills while working with experienced professionals.

*Double Covid vaccination may be mandatory depending on the client’s needs.*
