Female Carer Required for My Daughter

We are seeking a female personal assistant for my daughter, a 35-year-old female with learning disabilities. She is a chatty and bubbly person who loves listening to music, especially ABBA.

Requirements:

• CAR DRIVER REQUIRED WITH FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE - OWN VEHICLE PREFERRED

Working Hours:

• Tues, Weds & Friday mornings 8am-10am
• Tues, Weds & Fri afternoons 4pm-7pm
• Weekends: Sat 4pm-7pm, Sun 10am-12:30pm

Either split shifts or a small team of PAs can be discussed with the employer at the interview stage.

Duties:

• Work in a family home setting - friendly, very clean, and welcoming - with one cat
• No moving and handling requirements, light care. Personal care is essential.
• Duties include showering, assisting with brushing teeth, and getting dressed in time for transport to Kirkstall leisure at 09:30.
• Evening shift to prepare meals, change bedding, do laundry, and other caring and domestic duties.
• Weekend shift to take my daughter out for activities.
• Encourage healthy eating and exercise.

Pay & Hours:

• Part-time work with potential adjustments to hours as I coordinate with other PAs.
• Pay: £11.30 per hour on weekdays, £14.07 per hour on weekends.
• Please be flexible with hours and work.

Checks & Probation:

• DBS checks will be conducted for candidates who are successfully interviewed.
• Two references will be requested.
