About the Role

Sylvian Care Woking, a family-run branch serving various locations in Woking and Elmbridge, is committed to delivering outstanding home care services that prioritize our clients’ well-being and independence. Our mission is to create a unique care experience focused on meaningful human connections. By understanding each individual’s specific needs, preferences, and aspirations, we aim to provide personalized care that fosters happiness, dignity, and purpose.

We are currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time female carers to join our dedicated team. As a Carer at Sylvian Care Woking, your responsibilities will include providing personal care, mental and emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities. You will also maintain communication with clients and their families as needed and report any changes in their condition to the appropriate supervisor. Our ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and may have prior caregiving experience, though this is not required as we offer comprehensive training. A full driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.

  • Pay: £12 – £14 per hour (based on experience)
  • Fixed hours contract
  • Uniform & PPE provided
  • DBS check provided
  • Full training and ongoing development, including supervision
  • Regular clients, allowing for meaningful relationships
  • Shifts allocated and communicated to Care Workers 2 weeks in advance
  • Opportunities to work in various social care areas to enhance your experience and skills
  • Possibility to obtain qualifications while you work
  • Excellent internal communication with regular team meetings
  • Comprehensive support from friendly and professional colleagues, both in the field and office

Expected Hours: Full-time (37.5 + hours per week) & Part-time (10-20 hours per week)
