We are looking for a Female Care Worker to join our growing team of community carers in Maidstone, Kent. At Continuity of Care Services, we adopt a person-centred approach to care. We do not offer standard community care; instead, we provide the time necessary to support our clients' needs.

Requirements:

• Driver's Licence: You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car, as this role involves travelling to clients' homes.
• Experience in Community Care: Experience is beneficial but not essential. We welcome reliable, kind, caring, and compassionate individuals seeking high job satisfaction within a supportive team. You will be supported to obtain your Care Certificate and beyond, with shadow shifts to ensure your success.

What will I be doing?

Continuity of Care Services has been providing care to vulnerable adults since 2016, promoting person-centred care through independence and wellbeing.

As a Care Worker, you'll visit clients in their homes to assist with personal care, companionship, basic medication administration, meal preparation, and household management.

We support individuals in their own homes with a dedicated team of carers, promoting independence and high-quality, person-controlled care.
