What we do!

We are a well-established, nationwide healthcare provider. Our homes are specialist mental health services, established and tailored to meet the needs of adults with mental health needs. The services are located within thriving communities, offering educational, recreational, and social activities.

We aim to positively impact the experiences of people with mental health difficulties, often experiencing emotional distress, through a person-centred approach. Our support workers measure outcomes specific to individual needs using our person-centred outcome-measuring tools.

Successful candidates will need to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure before starting employment. The employer will cover the cost.
