About the Company

Avant Healthcare Services was founded by Sally Graham, an experienced professional in the care industry who started her first care business in 1996. Having grown up immersed in the sector, Sally quickly established a highly successful operation across multiple areas, providing essential support to local communities around London. In 2010, she sold her business to one of the UK’s top five home care companies to launch Avant Healthcare Services, with a mission to deliver high-quality, sustainable care services tailored to those in need.

Sally’s vision for Avant was supported by Deepa Dungar, the operations director, who has worked alongside her for over a decade and played a pivotal role in the success of the previous business. Mike Horgan, a highly experienced senior care professional, joined the management team as a non-executive director, bringing valuable expertise to the organization. Under their leadership, Avant Healthcare Services has expanded its reach beyond London into other areas of the UK, all while maintaining its commitment to delivering exceptional care to its customers. With decades of combined experience, the leadership team continues to drive the company’s growth and uphold its reputation for excellence in the care sector.
