Female Care Assistant required to support a young lady in the Chester-le-Street area - Chester Le Street - DH3.

Rate of Pay: £13.00 per hour.

Hours: 15 hrs per week and 1 x 24 hr overnight (times and days to be negotiated).

Responsibilities:

1. Accessing the community and activities of interest (including college).
2. Graded exposure in the community.
3. Independent living skills.
4. Administering medication.
5. Support with appointments.

Graded exposure training will be provided by an Occupational Therapist.

Essential Requirements:

1. Experience and understanding of Autism, Learning Disabilities, and mental health conditions.
2. Driving Licence and access to a car.
3. A DBS will be required; employer will cover the cost.
