As a care assistant, you'll support residents with varying needs to live as independently as possible, following personalized care and support plans.
Each client's needs are unique. Your tasks may include assisting with housework, helping residents get up in the morning, preparing meals, providing companionship, assisting with medication, or helping with washing and dressing. Beyond tasks, our carers become friends, offering human company, encouragement, and sometimes a laugh, especially when life is tough. While caring can be challenging, many families are grateful for your support.
