Job Title:Female Care Assistant (Preferred Driver with Full UK Driving License)

Location:South Elmsall, Pontefract (WF9)

Job Description

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team in a care home setting. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily living needs, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care, dignity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Supporting with mobility and helping residents move around safely.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Assisting during mealtimes and ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Monitoring and recording residents conditions and reporting any changes to senior staff.
• Supporting with housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Following individual care plans and contributing to resident wellbeing.
• Promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar care role is preferred(training will be provided).
• A genuine passion for helping others and providing person-centred care.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, patience, and a caring nature.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate with Adult and Child both.
• Preferred: A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. (Drivers are highly preferred as some shifts may involve travel between locations.)
