Join Cera as a Care Assistant in Nailsea and support our mission to transform social care, enabling more people to live longer, healthier, and happier lives in their own homes.

Are you kind? A people person? Love making a difference in people's lives? Then we can offer you the perfect role as a Care Assistant, where you will genuinely make a difference every day! No experience is required. A driving license and car are essential.

This role is eligible for a Proud to Care joining bonus, paid at 6 months of service, equivalent to one week's pay (based on your average weekly hours), an initiative by North Somerset Council.

We are recruiting part-time and full-time Care Assistants to support clients at home in Chew, Blagdon, Charterhouse, Nailsea, Backwell, Congresbury, Yatton, and surrounding areas.

We offer flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings, and nights, with usually every other weekend off to support work-life balance.
