Job summary

Cera Care in Hamilton, Scotland, is seeking a community carer to support clients in their own homes. You may have experience as a care assistant or be new to the sector, with no experience required beyond a big heart and willingness to help others.

You will provide personal care, medication support, and meals, visiting clients across Hamilton and nearby areas. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, and Cera Tech powers the role to reduce admin and prevent hospitalisations.

The Role

Supporting clients in Hamilton, Blantyre and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Registration

In Scotland, all care staff register with the SSSC. You must maintain registration and work towards your SVQ2 (funded by Cera; SVQ registration fee payable by employee).
