We have a limited number of 16-hour per week permanent contracts available in this location, with every other weekend off for work-life balance. To be eligible for guaranteed hours, you must have good general availability, be a driver with a car, and be willing to travel across our service area when required. We aim to schedule rotas with minimal travel time where possible. You can also earn additional income via overtime opportunities or through our refer-a-friend scheme, earning up to £500 per referral.
We are recruiting part-time and full-time care assistants to support our clients at home in areas including Penrith, Stainton, Mungrisdale, Glenridding, Patterdale, and surrounding areas.
Our shifts are flexible, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights. You'll usually have every other weekend off to support your work-life balance.
