A leading care organization in Greater London is seeking a full-time Care and Support Worker to support residents in a meaningful way. The role involves assisting with personal care and preparing meals, along with participating in community events. Ideal candidates will have experience in health care and excellent communication skills. Must be flexible with shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care and Support Worker to join our Retirement Living Service. The role of Care and Support Worker is based on a rota basis which may include evening and weekend shifts. This is a pivotal position to help ensure our residents live a meaningful life and feel involved within their community. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work as a Care and Support Worker in our friendly and dedicated team. This is a key role supporting residents.
This post is full time for 37 hours per week on a 4-week rota basis. Candidates are expected to commit to the rota:
Shift Pattern – Candidates must be available to work a combination of early and late shifts. One week of early shifts and one week of late shifts.
