Overview

This role is for a Female Brain Injury Support Worker / Care Assistant to join a warm, dedicated 2:1 complex care team supporting a young, active woman living with a brain injury. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, mobility support, tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, seizure monitoring and management, encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing, and supporting social and community participation.


Main duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and mobility support, tracheostomy care and PEG feeding (training provided), seizure monitoring and management, encouraging independence and emotional wellbeing, and supporting social and community participation for a young, active woman living with a brain injury. The role requires experience in complex care or brain injury support, knowledge of PEG, tracheostomy and seizure care (or willingness to train), and a full UK driver\'s licence to drive the client\'s vehicle.

Job responsibilities

Location: Crewe • Pay: £17.51 per hour • Shifts: 08:00–20:00 • Days: Sunday plus bank • Full UK driving licence required • Comfortable driving automatic
